1.How long is Processing and Shipping?

Orders usually process within 3-5 business days. Shipping varies from 2-5 business days not including Sat, Sun & U.S. holidays depending on the items and the shipping service that you select at checkout. INTERNATIONAL shipping can take 10 business days or more.

2. Do you give refunds?

NO. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

3. How can we contact you?

The best way to contact us is via DM, email anikocosmetics@gmail or 414-376-0909 for TEXT MESSAGES ONLY! We will NOT respond to DM's, emails, messages or messenger on Sat, Sun or U.S. holidays.

4. Are you legit?

YES. WE ARE CERTIFIED COMPANY THAT IS REGISTERED THROUGH THE STATE OF WISCONSIN. We use a secure site for all purchases and we never see your payment info.

6. What are your shipping days?

We ship on Mondays through Fridays by 3PM CST. All items purchased after this time will be shipped on the next shipping day. (These days are subject to change).

7. Are all the items on your website in stock?

No. Most items are customized for the customers per request at checkout.
